Feature Friday #2 - Gareth Baron

Blog by: Vicky Pemberton, Director of Employee and Customer Engagement, Adept4 - 20-Apr-2018

Every Friday we're going to be asking a few questions to a member of the Adept4 team. We hope that this will provide some insight into our world. Some answers may be interesting, some maybe surprising and some may even be embarrassing but everyone is different!

The week's Feature Friday is Gareth Baron, Account Manager.

How long have you worked for Adept4?

1 year.

What do you love about IT?

IT constantly changes and evolves. Working in the industry is like a life long degree, you never stop learning.

What are your day to day tasks?

I really enjoy getting out and about meeting with our customers and strengthening our relationships. It’s good to understand their business challenges and great to have the opportunity to provide recommended IT solutions that meet with their business needs. I write a lot of proposals and work with suppliers to make sure my customers get the best deals and support.

What is the coolest thing you’re working on right now?

I’m currently working on a Anywhere365 opportunity for a fantastic organisation. A365 is a Unified Communications Platform that will allow this customer to move away from traditional desktop telephone handsets which will allow their workforce to communicate and operate in a much more flexible way.

What are you passionate about?

Singing in the car (I do a great Wonderboy by Tenacious D on the motorway!)

Favourite place? .

Meedhupparu, Maldives

Favourite concert you've been to?

The Doves and Elbow at Old Trafford Cricket Ground, it’s another opportunity to share my vocal strength with a crowd 😊
