adept4 Receive their Second Investors in People Recognition

adept4 received their first ‘Investors in People’ recognition three years ago with an internal resource of just fourteen people.    Rapid growth has since doubled the workforce in line with a 50% increase in turnover.  Staff numbers are expected to increase two fold in quarter three together with a further 50% increase in turnover (from 2011 to 2012).

adept4’s second ‘Investors in People recognition’ was awarded in April 2012 when “the Assessor was satisfied beyond any doubt that adept4 Limited continues to meet the requirements of the Investors in People Standard” and highlighted “Core values, Stake holder involvement, and a culture of openness and trust” are areas where adept4 demonstrate beyond standard practice.

CEO Peter Birkett is delighted to receive such positive feedback stating “we are a people business, our credibility hinges on the expertise of our people.”

 Noteworthy employee comments included:

“The Directors share everything with us. It is very transparent. We know that the plan is for growth, both organic and by acquisition. We also know that a quality service and attention to detail are important aspects of our offer.”

“The new managers are really good. They were obviously selected carefully to fit in with the culture of the business.”

“Do I feel valued? Absolutely. They have been so accommodating and they genuinely want to support their staff”

“Before I came here I had jobs – now I have a career.”

The adept4 Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Sue Finch, Customer Relationship Manager, for taking ownership of the ‘Investors in People’ assessment process.
