New IT deployment from adept4 lets specialist mergers and acquisitions advisor concentrate on core business operations, saving time and money

Specialist mergers and acquisitions adviser Frazer Hall has deployed a new IT infrastructure from managed IT solutions and services provider adept4. The new infrastructure will enable Frazer Hall to concentrate on core business operations, helping to improve overall efficiency and enhance customer service to its clients.

Frazer Hall wanted a new IT infrastructure to develop and retain key business information. A core element of the deployment was an on and offsite backup solution to ensure the company was able to maintain a legal audit trail going forwards in line with financial services compliance regulations.

The company also wanted to free up internal resources to allow them to focus on developing the business and recognised the financial and operational benefits of using a managed service from adept4.

As part of the deployment adept4 implemented an email hosting and archiving service and new technologies such as Blackberry management to allow employees to synchronise email and calendar data enabling them to respond to clients quickly and efficiently regardless of their location.

Furthermore the hosted solutions will allow Frazer Hall to fix its costs whilst future proofing the technologies used, enabling the business to be scaled with minimal fuss and cost.
