New IT managed services from adept4 enables flexible working for employees and ensures business continuity for international software provider.
International trade, procurement, export management and documentation software provider ManSys, has deployed email management and data backup services from managed IT services provider adept4, to secure its business critical data and provide flexible working to employees.
ManSys wanted to free up internal IT resources to allow them to focus on developing the business and recognised the financial and operational benefits of using an email hosting and archiving service, and managed storage solution from adept4.
adept4’s managed services enables ManSys’ employees to access their emails remotely using the Internet from any PC or smart phone, giving them greater flexibility when working offsite. In addition the data storage solution means that in the event of a server failure, ManSys can be assured that their business data is secure and their email is always restored to the latest version.

As part of the integration adept4 deployed an email hosting and archiving service and an off site managed storage solution for management of data. ManSys are now looking to use adept4’s services to host all their applications and also to provide an out of hours IT support service for their ManSys software solution.
