Call Britannia is a call centre which operates as a commercial organisation with a social mission.
As it’s a call centre, the IT and provision of it is key to providing clients with the right service.
Prior to working with them, Adept4 met with Call Britannia and carried out a discovery exercise to find out what the business needed and what Adept4 could deliver for them.
Adept4 provided Call Britannia with a new infrastructure and transitioned the business over, then worked with their internal team to deal with the existing external IT company and within a 4 to 5 week period, Call Britannia were fully up and running with Adept4’s services.
