The Challenge

Previously, Axis employed two IT organisations to provide support and although all the components were there, the infrastructure wasn’t working to a level which would meet the business’s needs.

Axis is a global organisation, operating in Europe as well as the Far East, so the lack of stability and reliability of the IT systems weren’t fulfilling the requirements of the company for communicating both with its employees and with clients.

The Solution

adept4 stepped in on an interim basis to assist with the due diligence checks and updates to the infrastructure and service delivery so it could understand the issues that Axis were facing.

adept4 then provided an appropriate long term solution for the company moving forwards, offering a scalable, reliable and resilient IT and communications system.

Axis has signed up with adept4 on a 5 year contract during which we will provide a thin client solution for its staff worldwide, enabling them to utilise several user interface devices, such as ipad, iphone, Blackberry devices and smart phones, desktop PCs and laptops, both in office locations and remotely at home or on client site visits.

adept4’s solutions have provided optimum performance levels for Axis’s infrastructure as it is all housed at our data centres and allow user devices to work effectively and efficiently worldwide.
