Axis is a global organisation, operating in Europe as well as the Far East, so the lack of stability and reliability of the IT systems weren’t fulfilling the requirements of the company for communicating both with its employees and with clients.

Previously, Axis employed two IT organisations to provide support and although all the components were there, the infrastructure wasn’t working to a level which would meet the business’s needs.  adept4 stepped in on an interim basis to assist with the due diligence checks and updates to the infrastructure and service delivery so it could understand the issues that Axis were facing.
