Peter Birkett, CEO
		Peter is an experienced business development professional with more than 20 years experience in the IT industry; he is also a founder of adept4. Over the last 16 years Peter has been involved in the development and marketing of leading edge managed IT services, helping businesses to drive down their total cost of ownership whilst increasing the range and reliability of services available to their users. Prior to founding adept4 Peter held the role of Sales and Marketing Director at Keytech Managed Services.
Steve Cosgrove, COO
		Steve joined adept4 from Focus DIY, where he spent 4 years as Business Systems Director and prior to that Director of Systems Integration & Planning. During his time at Focus DIY Steve oversaw the successful systems integration of 3 businesses to support Focus’ expansion plans. Steve brings 30 years of fast-paced retail sector experience to the dynamic culture of adept4. As CTO Steve is responsible for all operations across adept4 and ensures first class service delivery for adept4 clients.
Paul Talbot, CTO
		Paul is an ITIL and Prince2 practitioner with more than 25 years of practical and strategic IT experience, spanning across B2B and B2C markets. Paul has held senior positions in several Managed Services organisations including Keytech and Carillion (now known as Capita) where he was responsible for the technical and strategic development of the Managed Services portfolio. As a founder and the Chief Technology Officer at adept4 Paul bridges the gap between technology and business need. Working with technology partners and the adept4 client base Paul ensures that adept4 managed services are continuously adding value to our clients business.
